ABOUT
Tia Ramey is a dynamic leader in business, communication, and public service, widely recognized for her strategic vision, creative expertise, and commitment to community empowerment. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing and Performance at the Columbus College of Art and Design.

In addition to her public service, Tia is an accomplished entrepreneur and the President of MVP Studio, a social media marketing agency specializing in event coverage and real-time content creation. Under her leadership, the MVP Studio team delivers innovative digital campaigns and live content strategies that elevate brands and connect deeply with audiences in the moment.

With over a decade of experience in marketing across both the public and private sectors, Tia has built a reputation for excellence, impact, and innovation. She holds a BFA from the Columbus College of Art and Design and pursued graduate studies in Marketing and Communication at Franklin University.
A passionate educator, Tia has taught social media and self-branding at The Ohio State University’s John Glenn College of Public Affairs and her alma mater CCAD, equipping students with tools to lead in a digital-first world. She is also a TEDx speaker, prolific author, and frequent guest lecturer at colleges and universities, where she shares her insights on communication strategy, leadership, and personal branding.

Tia’s impact has been recognized with a growing list of honors. Most recently, in 2025, she was named a Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 recipient. In 2024, she was selected as an Emerging Leader in the Who’s Who of Black Columbus and featured as a HerStory Changemaker by the Urban League. Her earlier recognitions include Increase CDC’s 2018 Advisor of the Year Award, being named an SBA Pitch Competition Winner, and receiving the Hometown Hero Award from Modern Woodmen for her support of minority entrepreneurs.
